At Dico Copenhagen, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new footwear doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange your items within 14 days of receipt.
Register Your Return
Log into our returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Place the unworn shoes in their original designer box and secure them inside a sturdy shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package, removing any old tracking stickers.
Ship and Refund
Drop off your package at the nearest authorized collection point; once received and inspected at our Copenhagen warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
